walk/run

I tried using My Fitness Pal and I like it but I forget to log for days, I guess I can't commit to that. I have a excercise mapping app and nope can't commit to that either. I was glad Tina tracked it this morning because the 3 of us did very well.


I still don't like to run but I know my body needs it

chicken pot pie stew

I skipped the garlic salt and celery salt. I only added 2 bouillon cubes (the cream of chicken soup has enough sodium that is why i skipped all this). I made a batch and a 1/2 and it was too much for my crock pot once I had to add the bag of mixed vegetables. I just scooped 1/2 out and added 1/2 of the bag of mixed veggies. I added the remaining veggies to the bowl of extras and put it in the freezer for later.

Blackrocks 5k, 9-5-14

I don't like to run but Tina does. She is good for me, she pushes me and makes me walk/run at 5:15 a.m. 
I finished and I wasn't last and that's all that matters to me. Tina finished about 5 minutes before me, she even came back to push me and cross the line with me...like i said she likes to run and I like to finish

Bam !

So my goal was to lose 10 lbs by Sheena's wedding...
 

2 weeks after the wedding, I hit my goal (that 10th pound put up a good fight!). I am still far from my goal but I am determined. I am proud of myself because it's not easy, losing weight is hard. I feel great, my clothes fit better and I already have more energy. I can't wait to see how I feel in January...you know when I kick off the year of Cindi.
